OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR MEMBERSHIP NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS-ACTION FORMAT.

1. Sweepstakes Period

The Paris Baguette Ballroom Experience Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 10:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Saturday, October 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer systems are the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Void outside the fifty United States and District of Columbia, in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Paris Baguette Family, Inc. (“Sponsor”), American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., BBC Studios, Lime Grove Productions, LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, any sweepstakes administrator or prize fulfillment provider, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and companies involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible.

Immediate family members and household members of those persons are also ineligible. “Immediate family members” means spouses, parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. “Household members” means persons who share the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the Sweepstakes.

Only one winner per household is permitted.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering, each entrant:

agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions;
represents that the entrant satisfies all eligibility requirements;
agrees that Sponsor’s decisions concerning the Sweepstakes are final and binding;
acknowledges that failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification; and
agrees to comply with Instagram’s applicable terms, policies, and community standards.

4. How to Enter

To participate, an entrant must have a valid Instagram account. Instagram accounts are free but are subject to Instagram’s terms and policies. Message and data rates may apply.

During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will publish an official Sweepstakes post through @parisbaguette_usa (the “Sweepstakes Post”).

To receive one entry, an eligible entrant must:

Follow @parisbaguette_usa;
Like and share the Sweepstakes Post via the reshare function; and
Tag another official Instagram account in the comments

Limit one entry per person and Instagram account during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of comments submitted.

An entrant’s Instagram account must remain active and accessible to Sponsor until the prize has been awarded. The entrant’s account must be public at the time of entry and remain public through winner verification.

No purchase, payment, Paris Baguette Rewards membership, café visit, or product order is required.

5. Entry Restrictions

Each entry must:

be submitted personally by the entrant;
comply with these Official Rules and Instagram’s terms and policies;
be truthful and complete;
not be generated through bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence automation, automated devices, or other mechanical means;
not contain false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, unlawful, or inappropriate material;
not violate any person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights;
not contain unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or commercial content;
not inaccurately tag any person or encourage inaccurate tagging; and
not suggest that American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, BBC Studios, Lime Grove Productions, LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or another entity sponsors or administers the Sweepstakes.

Instagram’s promotion guidelines prohibit inaccurate tagging and require Sponsor to maintain official rules, disclose eligibility requirements, operate the promotion lawfully, obtain any required approvals or registrations, include a complete release of Instagram, and state that Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or have any association with the promotion.

Entries that are incomplete, late, illegible, duplicated, automated, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise noncompliant are void.

Multiple entrants may not share the same Instagram account. An entrant may not use multiple accounts, identities, devices, or other methods to exceed the entry limit.

Sponsor may hide, remove, or disqualify an entry that Sponsor determines does not comply with these Official Rules.

6. Authorized Account Holder

If there is a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to submit the entry.

The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the applicable Instagram account. Sponsor may require proof that a potential winner is the authorized account holder.

Proof that an entrant submitted an entry does not constitute proof that Sponsor received or accepted it.

7. Random Drawing and Odds

On or about Monday, November 2, 2026, Sponsor or an independent sweepstakes administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner on or about Monday, November 2, 2026 through a direct message from @parisbaguette_usa on Instagram and, at Sponsor’s discretion, by replying to the potential winner’s comment.

Sponsor will not request payment, credit-card details, bank information, passwords, or login credentials from a potential winner.

A potential winner must respond within forty-eight hours after Sponsor’s first notification attempt.

A potential winner may be required to provide or execute:

full legal name;
residential address;
telephone number and email address;
proof of age and residency;
government-issued identification;
an affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
a liability release;
a publicity release, where lawful;
IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation;
a prize acceptance form;
a guest or travel companion release, if applicable; and
any additional documentation reasonably required to verify eligibility or fulfill the prize.

As a condition of eligibility and prize acceptance, the potential winner and guest may be required to consent to and satisfactorily complete a background check and/or security screening conducted by Sponsor, its designee, the program producer, or the applicable venue, in accordance with applicable law. Sponsor may disqualify a potential winner if the screening reveals information that, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment, would create a safety, security, legal, or reputational risk in connection with the winner’s or guest’s attendance at the event.

A potential winner is not a winner unless and until Sponsor verifies the potential winner’s eligibility and confirms the winner in writing.

A potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be offered to an alternate potential winner if the potential winner:

cannot be contacted;
fails to respond by the deadline;
fails to return required documents;
provides false or incomplete information;
is ineligible;
has violated these Official Rules;
declines the prize;
cannot participate on the required date;
cannot satisfy applicable venue or security requirements; or
is otherwise unable to accept the prize as offered.

Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. If Sponsor is unable to verify a winner after a reasonable number of attempts, the prize may remain unawarded.

9. Prize and Approximate Retail Value

There will be one (1) prize available.

The confirmed winner (“Winner”) will receive one (1) prize consisting of a three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for Winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California to attend a live taping of the Dancing with the Stars Season 35 finale currently scheduled for November 24, 2026 (the “Trip”). The Trip includes:

two (2) admission tickets to the Dancing with the Stars Season 35 finale in Los Angeles, California, currently scheduled for November 24, 2026 (date and location of the Show taping are subject to change);
two (2) nights of hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Los Angeles-area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence, as selected by Sponsor, to a Los Angeles-area airport selected by Sponsor;
round-trip ground transportation between the Los Angeles-area airport and hotel;
ground transportation between the Los Angeles-area hotel and the Show taping;
Dancing with the Stars swag;
one (1) Paris Baguette Gift Card; and
Paris Baguette swag.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Trip is $3,500.00. There is no retail value associated with the Show taping experience portion of the Prize. Actual final value of the Trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure and hotel availability and cost as determined at the time of purchase and travel. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the ARV stated in these Official Rules.

The additional Prize components have the following ARVs:

Dancing with the Stars swag: $170;
Paris Baguette Gift Card: $100; and
Paris Baguette swag: $200.

The total ARV of the Prize is $3,970.00.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Live-Taping Tickets and Event Conditions

The Prize includes two (2) admission tickets for Winner and one (1) guest to attend a live taping of the Dancing with the Stars Season 35 finale in Los Angeles, California, currently scheduled for November 24, 2026. The date, time, location and other details of the Show taping are subject to change.

The tickets and taping are subject to coordination with and approval by BBC Studios, Lime Grove Productions, LLC, and the applicable producer, venue, security personnel, and other authorized parties.

Attendance is subject to:

production schedules;
ticket availability;
seating capacity;
venue and security rules;
age restrictions;
identification requirements;
prohibited-item policies;
health and safety requirements;
required releases; and
any other requirements imposed by the producer or venue.

Attendance may also be conditioned upon completion of any background check or security screening required under Section 8.

Tickets do not guarantee:

admission;
specific seating;
appearance on camera;
participation in the program;
interaction with hosts, judges, dancers, celebrities, or other talent;
access to rehearsals or backstage areas; or
that the taping will occur on the date, at the time, or at the location originally scheduled.

The taping or any portion of the prize may be delayed, modified, relocated, postponed, rescheduled, or canceled because of production needs, talent availability, security concerns, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control.

If a taping or prize component is canceled or becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value. If no reasonable substitute is available, Sponsor may award the remaining components without additional compensation.

Tickets are nontransferable, may not be sold or auctioned, are not redeemable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or unused.

The winner and guest must comply with all venue, security, producer, and conduct requirements. Sponsor and the applicable venue or producer may deny admission or remove any person who engages in disruptive, threatening, abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or objectionable conduct.

11. Travel and Other Expenses

The Trip includes only the airfare, hotel accommodations and ground transportation expressly described in Section 9. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates designated by Sponsor in connection with the scheduled November 24, 2026 Show finale. Travel arrangements, including the applicable airline, flights, hotel and ground transportation, will be selected and arranged by Sponsor or its designee in its discretion and are subject to availability. Winner and guest must possess all identification and other documentation required for travel and must comply with all applicable carrier, hotel, venue and transportation-provider rules. Guest may be required to execute and return a liability/publicity and/or travel companion release before travel arrangements are finalized.

Any changes to completed travel arrangements requested by Winner or guest will be at Winner’s sole expense. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations, delays, diversions, missed connections, lost or damaged baggage, or acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, transportation providers, venues or other third parties. If travel delays or other circumstances prevent Winner or guest from attending the Show taping, Sponsor will have no obligation to provide compensation or a substitute for the missed portion of the Prize, except as otherwise determined by Sponsor in its discretion.

The following expenses are not included in the Prize and are solely the responsibility of Winner and guest unless expressly stated otherwise:

parking;
tolls;
meals and beverages;
gratuities;
insurance;
baggage fees;
taxes and fees not expressly included in the Prize;
incidental expenses;
personal expenses; and
any other expenses not expressly identified as part of the Prize.

12. Prize Conditions

A prize:

may not be transferred, assigned, sold, auctioned, or redeemed for cash;
must be accepted as awarded;
is subject to availability and applicable restrictions;
may be substituted by Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable; and
will be awarded only after the winner satisfies all verification requirements.

All prizes are awarded “as is,” without express or implied warranties, except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Any unused portion of a prize is forfeited and will not result in cash or other compensation.

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting and using the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax form as required by law.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state, Instagram handle, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, biographical information, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notification, review, or approval.

No provision of these Official Rules grants the winner or Sponsor any right to use American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, BBC Studios, Lime Grove Productions, LLC, BBC Studios, Lime Grove Productions, LLC, Dancing with the Stars, or related intellectual property except as separately authorized in writing.

14. General Release

By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless:

Sponsor;
American Broadcasting Companies, Inc.;
Lime Grove Productions, LLC;
BBC Studios;
Meta Platforms, Inc.;
Instagram;
the producers and distributors of Dancing with the Stars;
any sweepstakes administrator or fulfillment provider; and
each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns

from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

participation in the Sweepstakes;
any entry;
winner selection or notification;
acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss, or inability to use a prize;
travel or event attendance;
personal injury, death, or property damage;
publicity, privacy, defamation, or intellectual-property claims;
technical, network, platform, hardware, software, or communications failures; or
any act or omission of a third-party prize, event, transportation, lodging, or service provider.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Technical Failures and Tampering

Sponsor and the released parties are not responsible for:

lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or undeliverable entries;
interrupted or unavailable internet, wireless, platform, network, server, or communications services;
hardware, software, browser, device, transmission, or programming failures;
errors in entry processing, winner notification, or prize fulfillment;
unauthorized human intervention;
incorrect information caused by equipment, programming, entrants, or human error; or
injury or damage to any device resulting from participation.

Sponsor may disqualify any person who:

tampers with the entry process;
uses automated or fraudulent entry methods;
attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes;
violates these Official Rules;
interferes with another entrant; or
engages in abusive, threatening, deceptive, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Any attempt to deliberately damage or disrupt the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to pursue all available remedies.

16. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

If fraud, technical failure, platform interruption, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another event compromises the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may:

cancel;
suspend;
modify;
terminate;
extend;
shorten;
restart;
void affected entries; or
award the prize through another method Sponsor determines to be fair and consistent with these Official Rules.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received before termination.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to:

administer the Sweepstakes;
verify eligibility;
communicate with entrants and potential winners;
fulfill and deliver prizes;
prepare tax documentation;
maintain legally required records; and
comply with applicable laws.

Information may be provided to a sweepstakes administrator, fulfillment provider, tax provider, or other third party as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Entry does not require an entrant to consent to receive marketing communications. Any optional marketing consent will be separate from entry and will not improve the entrant’s chances of winning.

Information is provided to Sponsor, not Instagram.

18. Governing Law and Limitation of Liability

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules and the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

all claims will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action;
recoverable damages will be limited to actual third-party, out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes;
attorneys’ fees will not be recoverable;
entrants waive punitive, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and multiplied damages; and
entrants waive injunctive or equitable relief, except where such waiver is prohibited.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions, so some provisions may not apply to every entrant.

19. Binding Arbitration

Except for qualifying small-claims matters and claims for injunctive relief concerning misuse of intellectual property or interference with the Sweepstakes, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration before one arbitrator.

The arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its applicable streamlined or consumer arbitration rules. If JAMS is unavailable, Sponsor may select the American Arbitration Association or another mutually acceptable administrator.

Any in-person hearing will take place in Bergen County, New Jersey, unless applicable law or the arbitration rules require another reasonably convenient location.

The arbitration will proceed only on an individual basis. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

20. Instagram Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability relating to the Sweepstakes.

Each entrant understands that the entrant is providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

Instagram is not responsible for administering the Sweepstakes, selecting or contacting winners, fulfilling prizes, or answering questions concerning the Sweepstakes.

21. American Broadcasting Companies, BBC Studios, and Lime Grove Disclaimer

American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., BBC Studios, Lime Grove Productions, LLC, the producers and distributors of Dancing with the Stars, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not sponsors, operators, administrators, or prize providers of this Sweepstakes.

Any reference to Dancing with the Stars or related intellectual property is made pursuant to rights granted to Sponsor for the applicable promotion.
